The PPPSW Hiring Process

We keep our hiring process human, so your personal experience may vary. However, the steps below will give you an idea of what you can expect when you apply to join our team! Whether we’re a good mutual fit or not, we strive to let you know either way within 30 days of your application.

  • application


    The first step is to complete an application through our opportunity portal. Explore our openings and select the role and location that interest you best.

  • prescreen


    Next, we run our prescreens and have a 15-20 minute phone or video conversation to get a better sense of who you are and what you're looking for in your next role.

  • interview


    If all goes well, we'll connect you with the department head you'll be working with to determine if you're a good candidate for the role.

  • offer


    Almost there! After the interview, a hiring decision will be made. If you are offered a position, it will come as a verbal offer of employment, followed by an email when you accept.

  • on-boarding


    All offers are contingent upon successfully passing a pre-employment physical and drug screen, background check, and general reference check. If everything checks out, you're in!
